RewardStyle Blogger Conference #rStheCon 2017

If you've been on Instagram this past weekend I'm sure you noticed that a lot of bloggers were in Dallas at the Reward Style #rStheCon blogger conference. Each year rewardStyle invites 200 top-performing digital influencers to a invitation-only educational event in Dallas, Texas. rewardStyle is the company behind, and is a monetization tool bloggers use to create shopable product links. This was the 5th Annual rewardStyle the Conference and something I've always dreamed of attending. I've seen other bloggers attending the conference and was always so curious to know what all they did during the event. Last year I made it my goal to get invited--when that email came in a few months back I was over the moon excited.

Spring Layers: Embroidered Denim Jacket

Anyone else loving the embroidery trend this season?
It's definitely making a huge comeback and I'm loving it. Everywhere I look I see gorgeous embroidered pieces. This  ILY Couture denim jacket really stood out to me and I knew I needed it in my closet. Denim jackets are a spring staple and perfect to pop over any look. This one is a little oversized and has edgy sparrows that say "Out of sight" on one side and "Out of mind" on the other. So cute!!

Poolside Style In Jamaica

One piece swimsuit are huge this season. Personally I've never been a fan--until now!! I'm very petite so too much material on a suit makes is overwhelming on my frame, and honestly makes me feel like a 5 year old. Ha! So naturally I've always avoided traditional one-piece suits. When shopping for our vacation I found soo many fun and sexy one-pieces. I was instantly drawn to this  Red Carter suit with the bright pattern and intricate cutouts. They are perfectly placed on the front to accentuate your waist which makes it super flattering. I love the strappy cut outs on the back too--so fun! I wore this suit on our trip to Jamaica a few weeks ago. This  white tiered skirt was perfect to pop over the suit for a casual day out by the pool.

Weekend Style: Beachy Blues

When the weekend rolls around you can find me relaxing at the beach. I grew up going to the beach and fishing every weekend with my family--I have 5 brothers and sisters and it was always so much fun. For me, the beach is filled with happy memories and always puts me in the best mood. It's my happy place and it's where I go to reset from a busy week. The beach is a reflection of who I am and it defines my weekend dress code.

White Easter Dress

White has always been my favorite color to wear in the spring. When picking out Easter dresses I always gravitate towards white and lace. This  ASTR lace midi dress really stood out to me because of the length and detailing. It fits like a glove and is very flattering. I'm only 5'1" and usually have trouble with midi dresses hitting in the wrong place. The length is perfect on this one--I've already worn it 3 times and plan to wear it this weekend.

Spring Style Under $100

Just give me all the spring dresses & nude sandals!!

Nude sandals are such a spring staple. I picked up these  Steve Madden heels from  Nordstrom the other day and have worn them 3 times already. I had been on the hunt for a pair for a few weeks. I wanted a simple strappy sandal that I could wear with all of my spring dresses. The sleek ankle strap and nude color makes your legs look so long--yes, please!! And they seriously go with everything!

Vacation Style in Tulum, Mexico

Vacation essentials: White dress, nude sandals, panama hat, & black sunnies!
Ohh, and a coconut of course!
I lived in these  nude Tory Burch Miller sandals our entire trip. I grabbed them from  Nordstrom the day before our trip and I am SO glad I did. They are seriously the only sandals you need to pack for vacation. The "sand" color goes with everything and they are perfect for a day at the beach then straight to dinner. The patent leather is soo durable and the sand brushes right off. I wear mine to the beach/pool all the time and they've held up great. I bought these  in black from Nordstrom a few years back and they last forever--seriously worth every penny!

Caribbean Cruise: Haiti, Jamaica, & Mexico

Last week the hubs and I boarded Royal Caribbean's Oasis Of The Seas for a 7 day cruise for my birthday getaway. The ship sailed out of Port Canaveral, FL which is about 2 hours from where we live. Our cruise had 3 stops--Labadee, Haiti, Falmouth, Jamaica, and Cozumel, Mexico. This was our third cruise but our first time to all of these locations so it was a very exciting trip.
